All design work is required to have 50% down, to begin and 100% paid at time of completion & delivery. Any projects involving printed/custom made collateral, apparel or otherwise, is to be paid in full at onset of project. We are a small company and do not offer financing terms.

We will work with you directly to begin as strong as possible. Once we are clear on the project direction and all payment has been settled to this point, we begin creating. 

If any final adjustments are needed, we can discuss, revise and resubmit for approval. Once approved, please submit any remaining payment due for completion and submission of files.

We will have already discusses the type of files your project requires and you will receive those for your own safe keeping. We will also keep your files in our archives as well. You own your project files and they are yours in perpetuity. Congrats on the completion of your current project!
